| Hi, just wondering if anyone has any advise. I have 89 years left on my lease (house converted into 3 flat). The Freeholders want me to buy it (they started at £29k & I've got them down to £25k). I checked a leasehold calculator & £25k is seems like the vavlue (for all 3 flats). As I want to start selling them when the market changes I am wondering how I buy the freehold to be able to sell each flat with a share of freehold. Any other advise would be gratefully received. |
