| Why do trains on the H&C Line and Circle Line HAVE TO SCREECH their whistles as they round the bend into Shepherds Bush Market heading Sth forn Wd Lane station? It is so irritating that the added trains could so easily shuffle by, but sone nit seems to need to TOOT past the BBC car park. I really think that people forget that despite the grand establigments hereabouts, such as the BBC and Westfield, Siemens, QPR, Ocado, etc, there are actully people who live here and require a night's sleep and do not need a wake up call at 4.30... or any other time actually. I am certain that there are no wandering pedestrians on the line who need attention drawn to the approaching train! Please no tooting... seems unnecessary. And I am grumpy today having been woken far too early! |
