| Thanks for the response, Patrick. Not sure what you mean by "not permanent way" in respect of the DLR. The fact that their track is elevated in not relevant; the H&C track that Vivienne mentioned is also elevated. And H&C trains have a driver at the front who can see anyone on the track, whereas DLR trains generally don't. There is probably more CCTV on the DLR, but surely not to the extent of monitoring the track in front of every train? |
