| Hello, After 7 years in the same flat my landlady has decided to refurb and sell, she is very happy to give me a reference. My current flatmate and I are having to look for somewhere new to live and we are looking in Chiswick, Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith. Looking for an unfurnished flat, with a good kitchen/breakfast room, bedrooms with storage (built in wardrobes) and ideally bookshelves - not looking for the most modern of flats just somewhere to feel at home with a degree of character. I thought that I would put an ad on Chiswick W4 in case there is any landlord/landlady who prefers to deal directly rather than through an agent. Max budget £1,700 per month.
