I was involved when redesigning Shepherd's Bush Green and questioned whether a cycle lane was needed around the Green, which took up a lot of green space. However, we lost that part of our appeal — but now it is ridiculous! There is already a cycle lane on the Green itself so why create another and cause polluting traffic jams? TWO cycle lanes on either side! Bonkers. |
