We are looking for a PA for an elderly lady with dementia and depression. We would like someone (DBA checked) building up a trustful relationship, having experience with dementia, carrying with
empathy, patience, affections, assertiveness and being able to stand up to sometimes
challenging behavior. Among the tasks would be support for basic needs as well as companionship (personal conversation, walks, social activities). One longer visit per day on up to 5 days per week, 15 pounds per hour, job might be shared by more than one PA. Please contact barba@wolke7.net if interested or recommending somebody. |
